Although identifying as part of the Lesbian, Gay, Bi sexual, Trans & Queer plus communities does not always mean you will have poor mental health and wellbeing.  However, evidence does indicate that LGBTQ+ people are likely to have poorer health outcomes compared to heterosexual people.
