Resources for: Suicide

Suicide is the act of intentionally taking your own life. Not all people thinking about suicide actually want to die; instead, they may want a way to escape from the pain they’re feeling or the circumstances they’re facing. Someone thinking of suicide might feel this way all of the time, some of the time, or may only have thoughts of suicide every now and then. Reference

Help and support is available right now if you need it. You do not have to struggle with difficult feelings alone. You can call Samaritans free, any time, from any phone, on 116123.
